Features of Modularized Electric Drilling Rigs
■ The DC drive drilling rigs are designed
with state-of-the-art AC-SCR-DC electric drive technology.
■ The AC drive drilling rigs are designed to
adopt an integrated
control
for electric, air and hydraulic system based on full digital AC VF technology
and PLC logic control technique.
■ The parallelogram substructures which can
be lifted as a whole, piled>box-type, or telescoping substructures are provided.
All the floor devices and mast can be installed in a
low
position, and wholly lifted by the drawworks.
■ The DC drawworks, designed for integral
chain driving mode, is equipped with mechanical gear-shifting device, hydraulic
disc main brake, eddy current auxiliary brake (or air controlled
disc brake), and in dependent auto driller.
■ The AC drawworks is designed for single
drum gear driving with stepless speed regulation. A hydraulic disc brake is used
to be main brake, a motor dynamic brake as auxiliary
brake.
The automatic bit feed is powered by the main motor or an separate motor. The operators
can monitor the real-time tripping operations and drilling operations.
■ Self-contained driller control house,
unified layout of air, electric and hydraulic controls, drilling parameters and
Instruments. Logic control, monitoring and protection of full drilling process
can be realized by PLC, and so are data storage, printing and remote
transmission.
■ The drawworks, rotary table and mud pump
are all in dependently powered by motors, with full process stepless speed
regulation.
■ Intelligent control over traveling block,
to avoid collision and bumping.
■ An integral guiding rail can be fitted for
cluster well drilling operations.
