Low Temperature Modularized Mechanical Drilling Rigs  

 

• The rig, made of low temperature material using low temperature manufacturing process, can be operated at -45^°C +45^°C and stored at -60^°C after fitted with heating and insulation system.

• The rigs are manufactured to API specifications (4F, 8C, 7K, 9A,Q1, Rp500, etc.), Russian GOST16293-89, 08-624-03, GOST12.2.141-99, Electrical Safety Rule, Multi Occupational Safety Rules for Electrical Installations, Consumer Electric Device
  Installation and Operation Regulations, etc.

• The rigs are designed with state-of-the-art electric drive and PLC technologies, powered by high voltage power network or generator set.

• The drawworks, rotary table and mud pump are all independently powered by motors, with stepless speed regulation in full process.

• Parallelogram substructure which can be lifted as a whole by the drawworks is equipped. All the floor devices and mast can be installed in a low position.

• A guiding rail is fitted for cluster well operations, and the operation in marshland where ground load-capacity is very low can be realized.
