H170DB Helicopter drilling rig

H170DB Helicopter drilling rig is powered by AC VFD, and the drawworks, rotary table and mud pump are independently driven by AC motor respectively. It can be fitted with a top drive system. The rig (including main unit and unitized equipment) is composed of approximately 60 transportation modules, and each module does not weight more than 10t (22000lbs).

• AC VF electric driving, simple power transfer line.

• The integral drawworks is a transportation module.

• K-type telescoping mast, hydraulically raised by cylinder, lifted by the main drawworks.

• 6m telescoping drill floor, connected with pin shafts.

• Top drive, iron roughneck and pipe handling device are provided.

• Integrated instrumentation and control system, to realize the real-time monitoring and control of rigs.

• Modules are connected with standard pins, and can be conveniently dismantled and assembled using special pin-removing tools.
