H315DB Helicopter Drilling Rig

 

H315DB Helicopter drilling rig is powered by AC VFD, and the drawworks, rotary table and mud pump are independently driven by AC motor respectively. It is equipped with a hydraulic top drive. The rig (including main unit and unitized equipment, drilling string and fishing tools) is composed of approximately 480 transportation modules, and each module does not weight more than 2.72t (6000lbs).

■   Each module does not able and mud pump are separately powered by VF motor, and a hydraulic top drive device is equipped.

■   K-type swing-up mast, installed in low position and raised as a whole

■   Modularized foldable drill floor. weight more than 2.72t (6000lbs).

■   Instruments and gauges can work in hot and humid areas like tropical rain forest.

■   Modules are connected with standard pins, and can be conveniently dismantled

and assembled using special pin-removing tools.
